Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal or Sr Principal Product Trainer to develop and manage courseware across B-2 pilot syllabi, including Initial Qualification Training and Flight Instructor Course. You will coordinate quarterly updates, track changes, and ensure consistent formatting while collaborating with operational squadrons and the ACC Training Support Squadron.

The position requires extensive curriculum development experience, strong project management, proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• 9 years of training / maintenance experience in lieu of a degree or Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience; or a Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in curriculum development including formative evaluation.
• Strong project management experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office software suite.
• Experience in design and production of Instructional Systems Design materials.
• Graduate coursework in Instructional Methodology, Tests and Measurements, Educational Psychology, Curriculum Development, and Learning Theory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage courseware across B-2 pilot syllabi including qualification and upgrade training.
• Manage a quarterly update schedule and track changes to courseware.
• Coordinate with squadrons, weapons school, and training support to schedule simulators.
• Submit updated courseware to the contract prime at quarter ends.
• Contribute inputs to syllabus changes via the Courseware Working Group.
