Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics seeks a Senior Principal Product Trainer to lead the Training & Training Systems discipline within the Product Support CoTE. This role can be based in Melbourne, FL or El Segundo, CA onsite, reporting to the PS Logistics Support Manager and driving technical excellence across the training portfolio.

You will partner with program leads, engineers, and training professionals to define strategy, develop discipline content, and ensure compliant, effective training across

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required
• 8+ years of leadership in Training or program management
• Experience leading agile development teams in integrated product teams
• Experience with DoD logistics, sustainment, and MRO contexts

Responsibilities

• Lead Training discipline strategy within PS CoTE
• Define and improve technical processes and discipline tools
• Develop discipline training framework and track effectiveness
• Manage budgets for Training discipline and coordinate with SI&O
• Support proposal reviews and technical readiness for programs
