Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr Principal Product Trainer to lead the Training & Training Systems discipline within the Product Support CoTE. The role is onsite in Melbourne, FL or El Segundo, CA, reporting to the PS Logistics Support Manager.

You will unify programs, engineers, and experts to ensure consistency and technical excellence across the Training discipline and support NCTA projects. The position requires deep technical knowledge, leadership experience in training, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of military/professional leadership experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• Strong leadership, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading agile development teams within an integrated product team.
• Knowledge of twelve Product Support technical disciplines and DoD logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training discipline strategy and technical priorities.
• Define processes, tools, and training across the discipline.
