Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Principal or Sr Principal Project Management professional to join our engineering organization and lead training program development for Program/Project managers.

The role focuses on planning, creating in-house training projects, and collaborating with sector PM teams to deliver effective curriculum. Strong communication, budgeting, and ability to obtain Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience in project/program management.
• Experience with learning and development or training delivery preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with budgeting processes and monthly tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house program management training.
• Gather SME information, prepare materials, and develop course content.
• Facilitate training sessions when required.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed.
• Oversee project operational aspects, budgets, schedules, and status reports.
