Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Test Conductor for the Edwards AFB, CA 4/10 second shift to join its Test and Evaluation organization. You will coordinate between maintenance and engineering, troubleshoot issues, and develop testing procedures for ship-side support teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and 9 years of related professional/military experience, OR Bachelor degree AND 5 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master's degree AND 3 years of related professional/military experience OR a Ph.D. AND 1 year of related professional/military experience.
• Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Must be willing and able to work 4/10 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Flight Test maintenance and Flight Test engineering organizations.
• Provide initial troubleshooting support, procedure development and re-test procedure development.
• Adjudicate maintenance procedures and delayed actions; provide training on aircraft knowledge for new engineering staff.
