Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Principal Therapy Consultant to drive CoreValve sales across a defined geography, promoting and servicing CoreValve products while ensuring safe adoption and growth. The role requires strong clinical and technical expertise and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Travel up to 50-70% is required, with territory including Nashville, TN; candidates must reside in the region and be able to travel to multiple accounts while maintaining compliant operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 10+ years, or a Bachelor's with 8+ years in sales/clinical roles.
• Experience in sales, clinical, or related healthcare roles.
• Ability to travel up to 50-70% of time.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing account strategies to meet sales goals and expand business.
• Provide clinical and technical expertise for TAVR, supporting implant procedures and educating customers.
• Maintain deep knowledge of CoreValve, TAVR therapies, IFUs and clinical literature; partner with R&D and represent Medtronic at industry meetings.
• Provide expert clinical and technical support for TAVR procedures including case planning and interpreting imaging.
• Collaborate with customers to drive procedural success through education and training programs.
• Coordinate case coverage, forecast implants, manage inventory, and ensure hospital credentialing compliance.
• Support cross-functional teams with product enhancements and customer presentations.
• Perform duties requiring extended sitting, standing, and walking; operate safely in clinical environments.
