Job summary

Abbott is seeking a highly experienced Principal Field Clinical Lead to support pre-market and post-market TAVI studies across an assigned territory. You will act as a clinical and procedural expert, lead sites, and partner with Clinical Affairs, R&D, Engineering, and Commercial teams to advance Abbott's structural heart portfolio.

The role requires deep knowledge of structural heart therapies, strong physician education skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% across the US.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting implants and procedures involving complex transcatheter valve technologies.
• Strong understanding of TAVI/TAVR procedures and clinical trial execution.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and train field clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial sites, investigators, and research teams.
• Provide procedural guidance and support during investigational TAVI procedures.
• Design and deliver physician and staff education programs.
