Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Senior Principal Systems Test Lead to join the ACP Organization. This onsite role is primarily in Rancho Bernardo, CA, with support for ground and flight tests in Mojave, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years' related experience, or Master's with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience in system test, lab, ground/flight testing.
• Experience leading projects or teams; able to work in a matrix environment; able to obtain US Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify test risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with ground test engineering and aircraft modifications.
• Provide program leadership for test site personnel and forecast resources.
• Ensure staffing aligns with the Test Statement of Work.
• May require extended shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
