Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Senior Principal Systems Test Lead to guide the Vanquish test program, shaping lab, ground and flight testing in support of autonomous platforms. This onsite role is based in Rancho Bernardo, CA, with travel to Mojave as needed.

You will lead test teams, manage risks, and ensure schedules and reports meet program objectives, while collaborating with engineering across sites.

Qualifications

• Background in system test including lab, ground/flight test.
• Experience leading projects or teams.
• Ability to obtain US Government clearance and SAP.
• Flexibility to work changing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Identify test risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with ground test engineering and aircraft modifications.
• Provide program leadership and staffing forecasts.
• Communicate effectively in a matrix environment and manage schedules.
