Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in a STEM field with 8+ years of ground/flight test experience.
• MS in STEM with 6+ years of ground/flight test experience.
• PhD with 4+ years of ground/flight test experience.
• Experience leading flight test programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS clearance.
• Travel up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate lab, ground and flight integration and developmental testing.
• Review test requirements, manage schedules, prepare plans and reports.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans for test programs.
• Coordinate ground test engineering and aircraft modifications for testing.
• Provide staffing forecasts and ensure proper staffing for test work.
• Lead test engineering personnel in a matrix environment.
• Support extended shifts and weekends as needed.
