The role leads test engineering activities for the Vanquish program, coordinating lab, ground, and flight testing, and ensuring tests align with program objectives while guiding staffing and risk mitigation across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with relevant experience.
• Experience in System Test, lab, ground/flight testing.
• Experience leading projects or teams.
• Ability to obtain/maintain US Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify test risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate ground test engineering and aircraft modifications.
• Frequent interaction with multiple sites to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Provide program leadership for test site personnel and resource forecasts.
• Ensure staffing is in place to execute the Test Statement of Work.
