GeoLogics is seeking a highly qualified TS/SCI cleared Senior Principal Systems Engineer for an on-site role in Aurora, CO. This W2 hourly contract-to-hire position offers a $90–$131.50 per hour rate based on experience and benefits.

The role focuses on requirements, architecture and design elaboration, system engineering analyses, and interface control within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance program.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 10 years relevant experience.
• Experience with system engineering lifecycle and ConOps, interface control, and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate capabilities and features and define system interfaces.
• Analyze how the system works and create use cases.
• Support integration and test programs through automation and analyses.
• Manage team backlog and program increments.
• Support EVMS implementation and program alignment.
• Conduct investigations into system anomalies and support technical reviews.
