Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycle, ConOps, capability/elaboration and program increment support.
• Development experience on a government contract.
• Experience with Agile principles and roles such as Scrum Master / Product Owner.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate capabilities and features, define system interfaces and how they will be validated by the test team.
• Analyze and define how the system works creating use cases.
• Support the execution of the integration and test program by automating test procedures and analyses.
• Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and drive solutions to closure.
• Manage the team's backlog and capacity during each program increment.
• Support EVMS implementation and execution.
• Collaborate with program management and engineering to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Investigate system anomalies to identify root cause.
• Attend technical reviews and interchanges in support of the program.
