Job summary

Cornerstone Defense LLC in Aurora, CO is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with active TS/SCI clearance. The role focuses on system analysis, lifecycle engineering, and test-architecture support for government contracts.

You will define interfaces, decompose requirements, and support validation and regression testing across releases. Preferred candidates have Agile experience, MBSE tools familiarity (Cameo), and strong collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with system lifecycle, ConOps, requirements management and interfaces.
Government contract development experience.
Familiarity with Agile systems engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Analyze and define how the system works creating use cases.
Decompose requirements, define system interfaces and help determine validation and verification by the test team.
Provide engineering support for the program's test processes, baseline, and architecture design.
Support regression testing across deliverable releases to the program baseline.
Attend technical reviews and interchanges in support of the program.
