You will lead test integration efforts and create maturation roadmaps for the TMRR phase, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role requires a STEM degree with extensive experience, active DoD Secret clearance, and familiarity with DOORS, CAMEO, and MBSE practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of related experience, 6+ years with a Master’s, 4+ years with a PhD.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance (in scope).
• Experience with DOORS, CAMEO, and MBSE artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Decompose and allocate system requirements with end-to-end traceability.
• Develop functional architectures, use cases, and concepts of operations for cruise-missile subsystems.
• Lead hardware-in-the-loop, developmental flight, and test integration activities.
• Create roadmaps and integration plans for the TMRR phase.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks with risk-management plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and model-capability assessments.
• Produce design reviews, trade studies, interface control documents, requirements baselines.
• Contribute to proposals, bases of estimate for TMRR efforts.
• Serve as Systems Engineering liaison with internal teams, partners, and customers.
