Job summary

Raytheon’s Effectors Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to serve as the Coyote CUAS Lead Systems Engineer (LSE). You will mentor multi-disciplinary teams, interface with USG customers, and drive system analysis, requirements development, design, and verification across production and sustainment efforts.

The role requires a BS in STEM, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership capabilities across the full lifecycle of defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading full systems engineering lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Protect system technical integrity to meet customer and warfighter needs.
• Coordinate across disciplines and program efforts, including Raytheon products and external entities.
• Provide status updates to Raytheon leadership and guide multiple engineering teams.
