Job summary

Worley seeks an experienced Structural Engineer to provide technical leadership on multi-disciplinary projects in Reading, PA, Charlotte, NC, or Kansas City, KS. You will lead design efforts, supervise teams, and ensure structural integrity for foundations and steel/concrete structures.

Required: 4–5 year degree in structural engineering; US PE preferred. Strong communication, proposal writing, and budgeting skills are essential in our collaborative, safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4 or 5 year Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering.
• PE in the United States preferred.
• Experience in leadership roles such as lead engineer or department manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structural engineering services on time and within budget.
• Supervise project requirements and lead teams when needed.
• Design foundations and reinforced concrete structures; design steel structures and supports.
• Review shop drawings and prepare detailed designs, calculations and reports.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
