Qualifications

• Extensive mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience leading projects.
• Experience estimating project costs and writing proposals.
• Strong understanding of standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient use of engineering software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical engineering services meeting specs, on time and within budget.
• Initiate, manage and supervise mechanical engineering project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure required checking procedures are followed.
• Ensure project scope is clear and changes follow change management processes.
• Assist during procurement, construction and commissioning; write requisitions and purchase orders.
• Act as mechanical engineering Lead on specific projects when needed.
• Outline requirements, assign tasks and supervise progress for teams.
• Resolve discrepancies between Worley and customer requirements.
• Stay updated with latest developments in mechanical engineering.
• Support and mentor junior personnel within the team.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and customers.
• Identify issues and develop solutions with appropriate escalation.
