Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience (Principal) or higher with relevant advanced degrees.
• 8+ years for Sr. Principal role; DoD Secret/Top Secret clearance preferred.
• Experience in bonded composite structural analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide MRB stress dispositions for primary and secondary structure.
• Review analyses, drawings, and repairs for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with other disciplines during design solution development.
• Present structural issues/solutions to management and customers.
• Maintain and improve designs for production deliveries.
• Evaluate as-built products for conformance to standards.
