The ideal candidate has 8+ years in capture/proposal management, strong writing skills, and an active Top Secret clearance, plus the ability to guide teams across functions and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of capture and proposal management experience.
• Certification in Shipley's Federal Proposals.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals across varying contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication to produce evaluator-ready prose.
• Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic initiatives to support short- to mid-term delivery and capture goals.
• Support delivery in training, assessment, and procurement task orders.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and systems.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to advance goals.
• Develop and execute capture strategies to grow the business unit.
• Deliver informal capture process training for subject matter experts.
• Perform analyses to prioritize initiatives and manage delivery risk.
• Produce high-quality proposal content including exec summaries and past performance.
