Job summary

Q5 is seeking a Senior Principal to shape, lead and deliver major client engagements, building strong client relationships and driving growth with a commercial mindset. You will guide multi-stream initiatives and model value for large accounts.

In this role you will architect complex solutions, mentor consulting teams, and influence senior stakeholders while delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with Q5 values. Based in the United States, remote options are not specified.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior consulting experience, ideally within Energy/Utilities/Infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and hit the ground running in new contexts.
• Experience leading complex organisation transformation and operating model design.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning and workforce modelling in large complex organisations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to explain complex results to non-data audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client engagements and shape strategic direction.
• Develop client briefs into compelling strategies for new business.
• Nurture senior-level relationships across multiple clients.
• Architect complex, multi-Offering solutions that demonstrate Q5’s capability.
