Q5 in Houston seeks a Senior Principal to shape, lead and deliver major client engagements across energy, utilities and infrastructure. You will build senior client relationships, drive growth opportunities and role-model Q5’s values in every interaction.

You will architect multi-offering solutions, manage commercial risk, and lead large teams across complex programs while mentoring consultants and ensuring delivery excellence for our clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Experience leading complex org transformation programs.
• Experience in workforce planning and modelling.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in energy/utilities sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-client engagements end-to-end.
• Shape strategic briefs into client outcomes.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Oversee project governance, risks and quality.
