Job summary

Slalom is hiring a Senior Principal for Market Solutions in Kansas City. You will lead complex client initiatives, define scope and timelines, and partner with engineering, design, data and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

You will guide delivery across Agile, SAFe, Lean and PMBOK frameworks, mentor teams, and contribute to sales opportunities while ensuring client outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling professional services and shaping solutions.
• Ability to influence decision-makers throughout the deal cycle.
• Strong stakeholder and delivery leadership in consulting environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Lean, PMBOK and applying them pragmatically.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams with delivery quality and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact client initiatives across industries with measurable outcomes.
• Define scope, delivery approach, timelines, and success metrics through inception to completion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Oversee execution, balance leadership with hands-on involvement, ensure profitability targets.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to maintain alignment.
• Apply agile methodologies to accelerate delivery and adapt to changing needs.
• Contribute to proposals and scoping during sales lifecycle; sell delivery capabilities.
• Mentor consultants and delivery leads and grow Slalom’s delivery frameworks.
