Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial software, services, solution consulting or presales.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Advanced Process Control & Real Time Optimization technologies.
• Demonstrated successes in business development.
• Ability to bridge technology and business with clear value articulation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery sessions with customers and AspenTech sales teams.
• Craft visionary solutions and design customer-specific strategies.
• Position AspenTech solutions to address real business challenges.
• Develop industry-specific messaging and regional adaptations.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers through the full sales cycle.
• Engage executive level customers to articulate digital transformation value.
• Develop solutions across AspenTech product portfolio and drive adoption.
• Provide market input to Product Management for solution improvements.
• Identify and lead sales campaigns to expand reach and pipeline.
• Coach colleagues on messaging, engagement strategies and positioning.
• Represent AspenTech at conferences, webinars and industry events.
