Qualifications

• STEM degree required; minimum 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance required prior to start.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of software in an agile, collaborative environment.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers in technical skills and best practices.
• Drive the resolution of complex software trouble reports and optimize code for performance.
• Provide technical leadership in agile execution and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to requirements, implementation, and test development across projects.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines to analyze and implement system modification requests.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and secure software development lifecycle.
