Qualifications

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and SAFe/ Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience communicating EV and CAM metrics for program performance.
• Experience deploying and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance is required.
• Typically requires STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical leader for a simulation software team across engineering groups.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to develop and update software requirements.
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies for program execution.
• Support risk management, schedule adherence, and cost control to meet objectives.
• Contribute to design and development of Systems/Software architecture for an aircraft Simulator Training System.
