Rehrig Pacific seeks a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise software. You will drive modern architecture, cloud-native development, and enterprise integrations while championing AI-assisted development and ADLC practices.

You will influence architecture, engineering standards, and hands-on delivery across secure, reliable platforms, partnering with DevOps, security, and business stakeholders. Strong C#, .NET, and API expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on software development experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong experience designing and delivering solutions using C#, .NET, APIs, object-oriented programming, secure coding practices, and modern application architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers scalable enterprise software solutions meeting security, reliability, performance, and maintainability requirements.
• Leads hands-on development for complex capabilities, integrations, and production issues.
• Applies AI-assisted and Agentic Development Lifecycle practices to improve requirements clarity, design, code quality, and production readiness.
• Translates business needs into resilient designs, implementation plans, and production-ready software.
• Partners with engineering leadership, DevOps, security, and stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise expectations.
