Job summary

Radwell-International is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to shape the eCommerce platform architecture, guide cloud modernization on Azure, and lead hands-on delivery across microservices, micro-frontends, and data platforms.

With 15+ years of experience, you will mentor teams, drive ADRs and architecture governance, and set the technology roadmap for the next 3–5 years, while writing production code and collaborating with cross-functional units.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Ownership of end-to-end system design for large scale platforms.
• Proficiency in microservice and micro-frontends architectures.
• Strong knowledge of DDD, ADRs and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the application and solution architecture of the eCommerce platform.
• Lead Architecture Review Board and enforce standards across teams.
• Build and maintain multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Drive cloud modernization on Azure and migration strategies for legacy systems.
• Architect and govern AI features and agentic workflows within the platform.
