Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience as Principal Engineer or Staff Engineer is highly desirable.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, APIs, and modern architecture patterns.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, asynchronous processing, messaging, integration patterns, and secure design.
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS, containers, CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, deployment automation, observability, and operational support.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems, IoT devices, and cloud services.
• Designs secure APIs with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and modern authentication mechanisms.
• Experience RFID, IoT, and supply chain technology solutions in manufacturing/w warehouse/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and hands-on development for scalable enterprise software.
• Champion AI-assisted development and ADLC practices.
• Mentor engineers and review code, improve quality and performance.
