Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience as Principal/Staff Engineer is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers scalable enterprise software meeting security, reliability, and performance needs.
• Leads hands-on development for complex capabilities and critical production issues.
• Apply AI-assisted and Agentic Development Lifecycle practices to improve design, quality, and produc tion readiness.
• Translate business needs into resilient designs and production-ready software.
