One Call is seeking a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to provide architectural depth and hands-on leadership in a complex, legacy-heavy environment undergoing modernization. The role focuses on guiding engineering practices, delivering high-quality software, and influencing technical decisions across .NET, SQL Server, WinForms/Web Forms, and modern .NET Core stacks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building enterprise .NET applications in C# (.NET Framework + .NET Core).
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, logging, monitoring, and observability patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive architecture and design discussions across multiple applications and services.
• Provide pragmatic, hands-on guidance to teams across .NET, SQL, and mixed front-end stacks.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server objects (SSIS, ETL, reports).
• Build and enhance web apps with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Web Forms, and WinForms.
• Contribute high-quality code in C#, VB.NET, and .NET Core.
