Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a highly experienced Principal Software Development Engineer to lead architecture, design, and delivery of next-gen digital applications across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will drive AI-enabled solutions, enterprise integrations, and secure, scalable Frontend and API-first services in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in defining and delivering full stack software engineering
- Experience with cloud-native platforms and API-first architectures
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the broader vision and IT strategy
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders to define strategy and execution
- Establish epics and initiatives aligned with product roadmap
- Develop and maintain roadmaps aligning business needs with technical solutions
- Use performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Foster product management and agile mindsets across teams
- Build and lead high-performing, scalable teams
