Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP functional experience, with strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS).
• 5+ years of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) experience.
• Deep knowledge of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, settlements, and project accounting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements.
• Strong integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, Procurement, and Billing.
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PS/CPM functional design and act as SME for PS/CPM.
• Partner with Finance, IT and stakeholders to design and support S/4HANA solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering and process design for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Configure PS/CPM processes: project structures, WBS, settlements.
• Create specs for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Billing and Project Accounting.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover and go-live.
• Manage risks, dependencies, docs, governance and best practices.
• Evaluate and prioritize enhancements and roadmap with leaders.
• Mentor functional team members and stakeholders.
• Assess and recommend S/4HANA capabilities and automation to improve processes.

Job Summary (Principal SAP PS/CPM Analyst):

• Serve as the functional and solution lead for SAP Project System (PS) and Commercial Project Management (CPM)
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for SAP PS/CPM, providing leadership and guidance
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design, enhance, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design for project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Configure SAP PS/CPM processes including project structures, WBS elements, and settlements
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and integrations
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Billing, and Project Accounting teams
• Coordinate solution delivery, including testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
• Manage risks, dependencies, documentation, governance, and best practices
• Evaluate and prioritize enhancements and roadmap initiatives in partnership with business leaders
• Mentor and guide functional team members and project stakeholders
• Assess and recommend emerging SAP S/4HANA capabilities, automation, and analytical solutions to improve processes

Required Skills:

• SAP PS or EPPM certification preferred
• 12+ years of SAP functional experience, with strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS)
• 5+ years of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) experience
• Deep knowledge of project planning, WBS structures, budgeting, forecasting, results analysis, settlements, and project accounting
