Expert Technology Services seeks a Principal SAP PS/CPM Analyst to lead SAP PS and CPM, guiding design and rollout across Finance, IT and business stakeholders. You will drive requirements, define processes, and ensure successful go-live while mentoring teams.

Targeted for a senior professional, the role emphasizes strong governance, roadmap input, and advanced integration with FI/CO, MM and Billing within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP functional experience, with strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS).
• 5+ years of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) experience.
• Deep knowledge of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, settlements, and project accounting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements.
• Strong integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, Procurement, and Billing.
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PS/CPM functional design and act as SME for PS/CPM.
• Partner with Finance, IT and stakeholders to design and support S/4HANA solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering and process design for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Configure PS/CPM processes: project structures, WBS, settlements.
• Create specs for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Billing and Project Accounting.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover and go-live.
• Manage risks, dependencies, docs, governance and best practices.
• Evaluate and prioritize enhancements and roadmap with leaders.
• Mentor functional team members and stakeholders.
• Assess and recommend S/4HANA capabilities and automation to improve processes.
