Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Principal SAP PS/CPM Analyst in Wilmington, MA to serve as the functional and solution lead for SAP PS and CPM. You will partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design, enhance, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions that drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational excellence.

The role leads requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment while aligning with enterprise

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP functional experience with strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS)
• 5+ years of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) experience
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements
• Strong integration experience across FI/CO, MM, SD, Procurement, and Billing

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SAP PS/CPM subject matter expert and solution lead
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions
• Design and configure SAP PS/CPM processes including project structures, WBS elements, planning, budgeting, forecasting, results analysis, settlements, and change management
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and integrations
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Billing, and Project Accounting functions
• Coordinate solution delivery through testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
• Manage risks, dependencies, documentation, governance, and best practices
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate and prioritize enhancements and roadmap initiatives
• Provide mentorship and guidance to functional team members and project stakeholders
• Evaluate emerging SAP S/4HANA capabilities, automation opportunities, and analytical solutions to improve business processes

Kforce's client in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Principal SAP PS/CPM Analyst to serve as the functional and solution lead for SAP Project System (PS) and Commercial Project Management (CPM). This individual will partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design, enhance, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions that drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational excellence. This role will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• SAP PS or EPPM certification preferred
• 12+ years of SAP functional experience with strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS)
• 5+ years of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) experience
• Deep knowledge of project planning, WBS structures, budgeting, forecasting, results analysis, settlements, and project accounting
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements
• Strong integration experience across FI/CO, MM, SD, Procurement, and Billing
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
