Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer with a strong RF/microwave background to design and test advanced phased array systems. You will lead microwave component and system integration, manage cost/schedule, and interface with multiple IPTs and external partners.

Some travel to sites and customer facilities may be required. The role requires a DoD security clearance (Secret) and onsite work in Tewksbury, MA, with a salary range from $132,400 to $251,600 annually plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Microwave/RF system, subsystem and component analysis, design and test.
• Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, CST, Xpedition) and Matlab.

Responsibilities

• Design RF microwave components and phased array applications.
• Integrate and test component and system level phased array hardware.
• Lead roles with cost and schedule responsibility and coordinate with IPTs.
• Travel to integration sites and with customers/subcontractors as needed.
