Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc in Chandler is seeking a Sr. Principal Design Engineer with a solid background in RF design, including switches and LNAs for mobile handset applications.

You will lead transistor-level RFIC design, perform RF measurements, and collaborate with a cross-functional team across PM, layout, and reliability. The role requires strong communication skills, Cadence experience, and a track record of delivering products on schedule.

Qualifications

• BSEE degree required; MSEE preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in switch, LNA and/or RFIC design.
• Cadence layout with RFIC simulations.
• HFSS/ADS FEM EM simulation experience.
• Strong RF measurement and characterization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of RF switch/LNA products for mobile handset applications.
• Coordinate with PM, applications, layout, test, reliability, quality, and logistics teams.
• Present design trade-offs and progress to stakeholders.
• Develop project schedules and bring products to market on time.
• Contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement.
