Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field is required or equivalent.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience in project management, major construction field experience, project controls, and cost estimating.
• Advanced ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise assigned project activities using Waterfall and Agile.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and funding reallocations.
• Communicate project details and status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor other project managers and supervise sub-teams as assigned.
• Develop procurement plans and oversee vendor/contracts and performance.
