Job summary

AEP in New Albany, Ohio seeks a Project Manager to lead one or more intermediate or complex initiatives within a matrix team. You will drive planning, execution, monitoring, and closing with a focus on safety, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing intermediate or complex projects in a matrix environment.
• Ability to apply Waterfall and Agile project management methods.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and manage assigned project activities with expert level of proficiency in all aspects.
• Skillfully use project management principles and techniques (Waterfall, Agile).
• Support and hold employees and contractors accountable for the AEP System Safety Process, ensuring a safe working environment focused on Zero Harm.
• Manage, develop, review and coordinate the project plan, schedule, budget, tools, and staff; allocate funding efficiently.
