Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD seeks a Senior Principal Program Planning Analyst/Scheduler to join the Scheduling Center of Excellence. The role supports AMS Division Scheduling Manager as SME for program schedules, baselines, EVMS clean-up, and training of junior schedulers. Travel up to 10% and active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related professional experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years of related professional experience.
• 12 years of applied experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• 3 years of project scheduling experience using scheduling tools such as MS Project, Oracle P6, Deltek Open Plan.

Responsibilities

• SME support on complex program activities (proposal support, program baselines, audit prep).
• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert representing the AMS Division Scheduling Team in program events.
• Develop Scheduling curriculum and lead training for AMS scheduling resources.
• Partner with Division Program Management, Business Management, and Program Excellence teams.
• Provide flexible support across programs based on priority and needs.
