Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks Principal or Senior Principal Product Support Trainer to join the Aircrew Training Team at Whiteman AFB, MO. The role focuses on courseware development for B-2 pilot syllabi and coordination with maintenance and training staff.

The position requires extensive instructional design experience, strong project management, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government Secret clearance. Salary ranges are provided and include comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 9 years of training / maintenance experience in lieu of a degree or Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience OR a Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in curriculum development including formative evaluation.
• Strong project management experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office software suite.
• Previous experience in design and production of Instructional Systems Design materials.
• Minimum of 9 semester hours of graduate level coursework in areas: Instructional Methodology, Tests and Measurements, Educational Psychology, Curriculum Development, and Learning Theory.

Responsibilities

• Perform courseware development across the breadth of B-2 pilot syllabi, including Initial Qualification Training and related programs.
• Manage a quarterly update schedule and track changes to courseware.
• Coordinate with squadrons, maintenance, and instructors to tailor classroom and simulator instruction.
• Submit updated courseware to the contract prime at period end.
