Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal or Sr Principal Project Management to join our Learning and Development organization. You will plan, manage and create training programs and documentation for program managers across the sector.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, background in training or curriculum development, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet training needs. Travel up to 10% and eligibility for a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree and 3 years
• Experience in project/program management and learning & development delivery
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house Program Management training programs for sector employees
• Obtain information from SMEs to prepare training materials and course content
• Facilitate training sessions when required
• Develop and evaluate training effectiveness programs
• Update lesson plans to meet new training needs
• Oversee project status, budgets, schedules, and training reports
