Mimecast North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Sales Engineer for the North Central region, based in Chicago.

You will provide technical pre-sales support to Mimecast sales teams, reseller partners, and customers across the region. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with commercial judgment to position Mimecast services, address customer needs, and resolve technical objections on complex enterprise opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive technical pre-sales experience in security or messaging software.
• Experience selling complex services to large enterprise accounts.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security tech, incl. email security and threats.
• Hands-on experience with email security, anti-malware, or archiving platforms.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical pre-sales support across direct and reseller opportunities in the North Central region.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to technical and business audiences, incl. senior executives.
• Prepare formal RFP and security questionnaire responses and high-level implementation plans.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and partners throughout opportunity lifecycle.
