Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager to join the GTM Excellence team. This executive-facing role focuses on business transformation, end-to-end process ownership, and evolving systems/data/products to maximize advertiser experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess executive presence, strong judgment, and deep forecasting expertise in digital media, with a track record of leading change across large, cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategic program management, business transformation, strategy & operations, or a related field.
• Background in Digital Media companies (platform + agency preferred).
• Executive communication and stakeholder management with C-suite exposure (CRO/COO).
• Proven ability to lead change across cross-functional teams; strong problem framing and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM leadership by managing large OPEX planning cycles and critical roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end processes across the buy cycle, forecasting, planning, credit checks, and invoicing.
• Engage with CRO/COO and cross-functional leaders to align on buy-in and accelerate execution.
• Break down ambiguous opportunities into clear problem statements and hypotheses.
