Reddit is seeking a highly strategic Senior Principal Program Manager to join the GTM Excellence team within Reddit’s GTM Strategy & Operations organization. In this hybrid role, locations include New York, NY; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA.

You will own end-to-end processes, transform methodologies, and evolve systems, data, and products to maximize advertiser experience and seller productivity, partnering with C‑suite and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in strategic program management or related fields.
• Experience in digital media or platform + agency environments.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management with C-suite exposure.
• Ability to lead change initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Reddit's largest OPEX planning cycles and complex roadmaps for monthly executive engagements.
• Own end-to-end buy cycle processes: pipeline, forecasting, planning, credit checks, invoicing.
• Collaborate with CRO, COO and senior leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales and Data.
• Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear problems, hypotheses, and actionable plans.
• Lead rollout, governance, training, and adoption of new processes and tools.
• Define success metrics, gather feedback, and refine processes over time.
