Job summary

Cadence Design Systems in California seeks a Director of Product Management for the Custom & PCB Group to own the strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for a major product line in analog design.

You will build deep, credible relationships with senior designers, define multi-year roadmaps, pricing and packaging, and drive adoption and revenue across strategic accounts. Lead a PM team, collaborate with R&D, sales and marketing, and report to executives on metrics that matter.

Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design and challenges.
• Ability to communicate credibly with expert analog circuit designers.
• Experience in product management, marketing, or product-line ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for the product line.
• Build deep relationships with senior designers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define pricing, packaging, and licensing; drive adoption and revenue.
• Lead a PM team; align R&D, sales, and marketing around a single plan.
• Monitor market trends and competitive moves to inform decisions.
