Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, enterprise technology, analytics, cloud infrastructure, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience owning strategy and roadmaps for technically complex products or platforms.
• Ability to work effectively with deeply technical experts and translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence and making sound decisions amid ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using evidence and user feedback to prioritize work and measure results.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the strategy and roadmap for internal analytics products, platforms, and AI-powered tools.
• Partner with engineering, operations, planning, finance, and OCI leaders to identify high-value problems and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Drive product adoption by defining success metrics, monitoring usage and engagement, and using customer feedback and data to improve activation and retention.
• Prioritize investments using user needs, business impact, technical feasibility, and measurable outcomes.
• Guide products from discovery through delivery and adoption, working with engineering teams to release useful capabilities iteratively.
• Increase self-service adoption by improving how internal users discover, understand, and use trusted data and analytics.
