• 7+ years of professional experience in product management or technical product strategy.
• Experience building developer experience products, developer tools, or internal developer platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC Develop phase workflows (planning, coding, local development, PRs, reviews, testing, onboarding).
• Ability to translate developer needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and AI-native capabilities.

• Define product strategy and roadmap for OCI Developer Tool Products to improve developer experience in the Develop phase.
• Identify high-value opportunities to reduce friction across developer workflows.
• Lead transition toward AI-native development practices with AI-assisted tools.

• Translate complex needs into clear requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
