Job summary

Oracle CSS seeks a Senior Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to lead enterprise AI data transformations for Oracle's largest customers. You will architect, modernize, and operationalize data platforms, working with CIOs/CTOs to accelerate AI adoption, and deliver production-grade analytics and Generative AI solutions.

Lead migrations from Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS and on-prem to Oracle AI Data Platform, define reusable delivery patterns, mentor engineers, and influence product direction

• Demonstrated executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience architecting enterprise data platforms and cloud data solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities across global teams.
• Deep knowledge of modern data platforms and dataops principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise AI Data Platform transformations.
• Design scalable data consolidation, integration, transformation, governance, and AI-ready architectures.
• Lead migrations from Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS and on-premises to Oracle AI Data Platform.
• Serve as executive technical advisor; architect Lakehouse, streaming, and real-time analytics using OCI services.
• Provide expert Spark configuration, performance tuning, and cluster sizing.
• Build reusable migration accelerators and delivery frameworks.
• Drive AI/ML data preparation pipelines and governance of data products.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence product roadmap through field experience.
