You will shape product direction and prioritize investments to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or related roles.
• Experience building developer experience products or tools.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows in the SDLC Develop phase.
• Ability to translate developer needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and AI-native tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for OCI Developer Tool Products.
• Identify opportunities to reduce friction across developer workflows.
• Lead transition toward AI-native development practices and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, security, compliance, and platform teams.
• Translate complex developer needs into clear requirements, success metrics, and phased delivery plans.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and productivity impacts of developer tooling.
